About me
Hello! My name's Olivia, and I'm excited to introduce myself to you all. I grew up in Iowa City and am continuing my education here. Outside of attending school at PCI Academy, I also work at Avenson Salon. When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my family. Some of our favorite pastimes include cooking an elaborate dinner followed with a movie marathon.

Why I'm here
I have always loved people and loved doing hair. In highschool, I was on the soccer team. Although I was never very good at playing, I sure could braid everyone's hair! After high school, I attended Iowa State as an animal science major. My freshman year was interrupted by COVID-19, which was a blessing in disguise. After moving back home, I realized how much I loved doing hair, while simultaneously getting to meet new people.
Now that I am in school and working at a salon, I have never felt more in my element. I love getting to work through challenges, while getting to interact with some of the coolest people around.
