Spalviero as Herman's Barbershop, it proudly stands as the longest continually operating barbershop in both Charleston and South Carolina. Through four dedicated owners — Herman, Oskar Hirsch, Katana Truluck, and now Katye Rhett Fayard — the shop has preserved its commitment to quality and community. Still operating from its original South Windermere Shopping Center location and using two of the original Koken barber chairs, Oskar's blends rich history with warm, welcoming service. Walk-ins are always welcome at Charleston's premier grooming destination.
