About me
Hi there! I'm Paisley Hyslop, a 21 year old comsetology student with a passion for making my guests love themselves all over again. I am a wholistic and compassionate hardworker who loves custom formulation and vivid fashion colors. I also have dreams of specializing in lived in dream hair and extentions. I would love the opportunity to apprentice under an enthusiastic stylist who will be willing to share specialized techniques and industry secrets. I am so excited to graduate cosmetology school and find my salon home.

Why I'm here
Growing up with a 20+ year experienced cosmetologist as a mother, one of my first passions in life was the beauty industry (along with a compulsion to change my hair color ever other year). My earliest memories include holding up extentions for my mom while she styled them and being a guinea pig for any new technique she wanted to try. After graduating high school, I continued my education at WSU in hopes of persuing a bachelors degree in architecture. However, after being moved to online school at the height of COVID, I had a quick change of heart and decided to take a leap of faith and pursue one of my first loves, hair. I am so proud to say I have not looked back once, and the joy I feel from transfoming my client's self image is so rewarding. I cannot wait to see where this amazing industry takes me!
