I’m Patty Markos, a lifelong stylist and mentor with decades of experience in luxury hair services and salon leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep passion for teaching, mentorship, and elevating professional standards within the beauty industry.
My work focuses on intentional technique, confidence-building, and helping stylists refine both their craft and their presence behind the chair. As the founder of Diadem Rituals and The Patio Salon, I bring real-world experience into education—bridging artistry, professionalism, and sustainable success.
