Founded by Cheree Mechelle, who received advanced training at Stephen Saiz Salon in Union Square and worked with acclaimed stylist Nicole Pembrook in Paris, Phenix carries forward a tradition of excellence and professionalism. Cheree has also professionally maintained San Francisco Mayor London Breed's hair. Phenix Hair Designs offers professional hair care and image consulting services, empowering clients to embrace their personal style with confidence.
