Pool & Spa In Town, LLC

Joining Pool & Spa In Town means becoming part of a tight-knit, owner-operated team that takes pride in honest, expert service. We're a local business deeply rooted in the Rutherford community, which means your work has a direct, visible impact on neighbors and families enjoying their pools all season long. You'll work in a friendly retail environment where real expertise is valued — from water chemistry to equipment troubleshooting — and where customers rely on your knowledge. With a service truck operation alongside the retail store, there are opportunities to grow skills in both customer-facing and hands-on technical roles. We value reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping people — if that sounds like you, we'd love to have you on the team.
