Quiet Waters Maternal Wellness Center & Spa has been dedicated to women's health since 2006, originally founded as a Maternal Spa and expanded into a full Women's Wellness Center in 2020. Our mission is to provide complete, whole health care for women at every stage — from pregnancy planning through menopause. We offer evidence-based therapeutic and naturopathic medical services, natural and low-VOC hair, skin, and nail treatments, women's and maternal health classes, mental health counseling, and spiritual wellness services. All care is delivered by licensed and certified professionals. We accept TriWest, TriCare, and AHCCCS insurance, and proudly serve as a Veteran & Woman Owned, Faith-Based business with a 501c3 Veteran Nonprofit program.
