My journey into the world of wellness began long before I ever stepped into a massage therapy classroom. For as long as I can remember, I have been the person my family turned to for relief from pain, tension, and everyday stress. Whether it was working out knots in someone's shoulders or helping relieve tired feet, I naturally found fulfillment in caring for others through touch.

My personal experience living with fibromyalgia gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of holistic wellness. Through massage, myofascial release, and other complementary approaches, I experienced firsthand how intentional self-care can positively influence one's quality of life. That experience inspired me to turn a lifelong passion into a professional purpose.

As I expanded my education into esthetics, I discovered another meaningful way to help people reconnect with themselves. I believe skincare is about more than appearance; it is about education, confidence, self-care, and understanding the relationship between our skin and overall well-being.

My approach to wellness is rooted in compassion, continuous learning, and the belief that caring for the body should be an intentional experience. I am passionate about combining therapeutic bodywork, skincare knowledge, and holistic wellness principles to create experiences that encourage relaxation, restoration, and confidence.

My ultimate goal is to create an environment where people feel heard, valued, and cared for while embracing the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I believe wellness is not simply about looking better or feeling better. It is about creating space for people to feel whole, confident, and connected to themselves.
