Raiza Gisselle

I’m Raiza Gisselle, an award-winning hairstylist, makeup artist, educator, author, and certified Maxwell Leadership professional with over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry.

I am the founder of Azul Azul Salon, where beauty, education, and personal transformation come together. Throughout my career, I have worked in television, commercials, music videos, fashion shows, and major beauty events. I am honored to be a Global Winner in Color Transformation and a Top 25 Global Finalist in Cut Transformation.

My expertise includes AirTouch, balayage, color transformations, precision haircuts, extensions, curly hair, and hair-loss and scalp education. However, my work goes far beyond creating beautiful hair. My purpose is to help women recognize their value, overcome fear, and confidently step into the person God created them to be.

I am also the author of Cutting Fears, Creating Dreams, a book inspired by my personal and professional journey. Through beauty, leadership, education, and faith, I encourage others to turn their challenges into purpose and their dreams into action.
