Reanna Ella

My name is Reanna Gourd. My name comes from Chief Rattling Gourd of the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma. Although, I grew up on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation with my grandmas family, the Thunder Bulls. I began professionally braiding hair in 2021. Braiding has come naturally for me for as long as I can remember. My earliest memory was age 5 or 6 when Bratz Dolls came out. I can remember in 2nd grade corn rowing my hair at night and taking it out before the school bus would arrive so I can be different from all the other kids at the school. I never knew I could make money from something I love doing so much. I am grateful.
