Renee Loper

Hello I'm a cosmetology student at Ogle in Stafford, Texas. I have two degrees, my first degree is in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration. I currently hold an apprenticeship with a master colourist. Assisting a master stylist has been my joy and safe space since I've started my journey into hair professionally. I love hair and anything to spark my creativity. I have been braiding hair since middle school and enjoy makeup.
