I am a seasoned stylist with 30 years of experience and two decades as an educator. Throughout my career I’ve managed salons, served as a national educator, rented a station, and worked commission—there’s hardly a role in this industry I haven’t lived. I truly love what I do, both behind the chair and in the classroom as a Redken educator.
Even with all I’ve accomplished, I still feel energized by the room I have to grow. There are areas of our craft I haven’t yet mastered, and I’m always eager for the opportunity to expand my expertise.
I’m also well-traveled, and one of my favorite rituals is visiting local salons wherever I go. It’s my way of supporting our community and staying connected to the heartbeat of our industry. No matter the country or culture, I’ve learned that stylists everywhere share the same passion, dreams, and desire to make people feel their best. And no matter where I am in the world, stepping into a salon always feels like coming home

I’m here to ask for the opportunity to join the RAMP. My 30 years of experience—combined with the unique perspective I’ve gained from traveling and connecting with salons around the world—have prepared me for this next level of growth.
Even as a seasoned stylist and educator, I recognize that there is always more to learn. I’m open, driven, and ready for the challenge. If given this opportunity, I would use it not only to elevate my own craft but to inspire stylists everywhere who are working to grow, support their families, gain independence, or improve their lives. I know firsthand that this profession has the power to transform people’s futures, and I’m ready to help lead that transformation.
