With more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, my career has been defined by reinvention, education, leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Throughout my journey, I have continually elevated my skills and knowledge while mentoring and developing numerous successful beauty professionals. As a stylist, I built and maintained a thriving clientele, serving an average of 100 clients per week, while establishing a reputation for professionalism, consistency, and exceptional service.

My experience extends far beyond the salon chair. I have created and published a beauty publication, developed my own professional hair care and makeup lines, and owned and operated successful salons with a strong focus on client retention, education, retail sales, marketing, and brand development. I have also had the privilege of leading educational departments for several national and international beauty brands, training and inspiring professionals while representing the industry at a high level.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to style notable celebrities, including Nia Long, Eve, Jazmine Sullivan, Foxy Brown, and many others. My technical expertise includes professional hairstyling, healthy hair care, precision cutting, hair coloring, weaving, extensions, and creative hair design.

Today, I bring together more than three decades of hands-on experience, business knowledge, education, leadership, and creativity. My passion is not only creating beautiful hair, but also building brands, developing professionals, sharing knowledge, and helping the next generation of beauty entrepreneurs turn their talent into sustainable careers.
