Robin Clairmont

I was born in a small town of upstate New York. The surrounding population shared very polar opposite ideas and admirations as me. I knew I had to escape the place I was born as soon as possible to pursue my dreams.

I moved to the nearest city, Albany, and enrolled into a cosmetology program at the brink of Covid. I started for makeup, but sadly, due to the pandemic I had completed the program without seeing a single makeup client. 

There, I had learned about the school Makeup Designory NYC. I had always known I would eventually move to the city, but not this soon. Just 2 months after I graduated I sold a good portion of my belongings and made the leap to come to school in New York. 

Ever since I've been here I spend every second I have learning more about makeup in school, perfecting my skill at home, and networking my name to as many people as possible. 

Makeup is my whole heart and soul, and without it I would be lost!
