Ruby's Beauty Salon has been a cornerstone of Troy and the greater Dayton area since 1941, now lovingly carried forward by grandson Jonny Wright and his fiancée Ali Romano. As a luxury hair salon, we offer a high-end experience in a warm, welcoming environment — never snooty. Operating as a hybrid salon, we feature booth renters, commission stylists, and hourly assistants in training, each running their own schedule to deliver a truly personalized experience. Our mission is to celebrate every client in their most authentic brilliance through a team of highly skilled and creative professionals. In September 2023, our stylists Ali Romano and Lauren Noll won the prestigious Blonde Balayage category at the Balayage Awards — out of 30,000+ entries.
