Samantha Ellison

I’ve been behind the chair since 2013, and throughout my career I’ve been passionate about growing as both a stylist and a person. My journey has taken me from assisting early in my career to working in respected salons in Greenville, South Carolina, before finding my home at The Greenville Hair Bar in 2020.

In 2024, my husband and I moved to Los Angeles, where I gained additional experience assisting within the celebrity beauty industry. That chapter broadened my perspective, challenged me in new ways, and reinforced the importance of always continuing to learn.

Today, I’m grateful to be back at The Greenville Hair Bar doing what I love most. Over the years, many of my clients have become close friends. We’ve celebrated milestones, supported each other through different seasons of life, and grown together. Those relationships are what make this career so meaningful to me.

I believe great hair starts with listening. Every guest deserves to feel heard, cared for, and confident when they leave my chair.

The longer I do this, the more I’ve realized that while beautiful hair may bring people into my chair, it’s the relationships we build that make this career so meaningful.
