About me
Thank you for taking the time to get to know who I am and allowing me to share with you my 'why' in this industry!
My name is Samantha Mancha and I am a Redken Certified Haircolorist and Redken Certified Balayage Colorist, as well as a level 4 Stylist and Education Director of the Apprentice program at my salon. I specialize in dimensional techniques such as balayage, teasylights, etc.
My educational journey started in Georgetown, TX at The Salon Professional Academy where I first was introduced to Redken from a stylist's perspective. As a consumer, I always used Redken, but I never knew why Redken. Redken became my focus after discovering their unwavering support of the stylist to learn better, earn better, and live better.

Why I'm here
To explain to you why I am here, I must first explain my 'why' in this industry!
When I was 15 years old, I made my first highlighting service appointment. As a typical 15 year old girl, my hair was a part of who I was. My stylist used 40 volume developer and lightener in foils and placed me under a dryer for 45 minutes with heat. Due to improperly following manufacturer's directions and negligence, I sustained a 3rd degree chemical burn that permanently damaged my hair follicles. I have a permanent bald spot at the apex of my head.
I decided to use my experience to educate the future of our industry and change the way we look at efficency behind the chair. This is why my motto is, "Ingregrity first, always". I never compromise integrity for result, and I always consider the guest experience and safety before performing any services. I share my story to embolden stylists to take a guest centered approach to hairdressing and to never cut corners.
