With 18 years in the beauty industry, I've spent 15 of those years perfecting my craft behind the chair, honing my skills and building relationships with clients. Five years ago, I took the leap to become a salon owner, but my passion for hair remains as strong as ever, and I still love getting behind the chair. Now, I'm focusing on being a mentor and educator, using my experience to train and inspire new stylists. My salon's business model emphasizes in-house weekly training, dedicated to nurturing and developing new talent from the ground up.
