I'm a passionate hair educator and stylist with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to transforming the way hairdressers learn and grow. As the owner of Stray Salon in Jacksonville and a Redken artist, I believe in creating unconventional spaces for hair, education, and personal development. My approach is about breaking down complex techniques, sharing the 'why' behind every cut and color, and empowering fellow stylists to embrace their creativity and intuition.

Why I'm here
I’m applying for the design mentorship because, while I love both disciplines, haircutting is where my heart lives. Teaching design is the work that lights me up. I’m passionate about simplifying haircutting for hairdressers who struggle to connect the dots, and helping them finally see shape, intention, and possibility. Guiding someone from confusion to clarity is the part of education that feels like my putpose, and this mentorship would deepen my ability to do exactly that
