Sammie Quilter

Hello! My name is Sammie, and I’m currently a proud student at Penrose Academy in sunny Scottsdale Arizona where I specialize in all things hair. Before diving into the exciting world of cosmetology, I was a dedicated golfer, playing through high school and two years of college while pursuing an associates degree in marketing. My true passion for hair led me to take the leap into cosmetology, and I couldn’t be happier.

Originally from Utah, I moved to Arizona four years ago to trade snow for sunshine and haven’t looked back. Outside the salon, you’ll often find me soaking up the sun at the beach or embracing the desert lifestyle.

Professionally, I’m all about creating fresh, lived-in looks with a focus on blonding, vibrant color transformations, extensions, and signature long layers. As a member of the Penrose Academy student council, I stay deeply involved in the school community, honing my skills and leadership. My goal is always to have clients leave my chair feeling confident, radiant, and thrilled with their new look whether it’s a stunning color, a gorgeous cut, or a playful blowout.
