Scandinavian Heat Club

BUSINESS

4490 W Point Loma Blvd, San Diego, CA 92107

Scandinavian Heat Club brings a centuries-old Nordic tradition to the heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego. Born from a genuine love of the Scandinavian sauna ritual, we've built a structured 75-minute group experience guided by trained Gus Masters who combine heat, cold plunge, and breathwork into one powerful reset. Up to 14 guests per session move through three contrast cycles designed to boost circulation, sharpen mental clarity, accelerate recovery, and improve sleep. Located at Barnes Tennis Center under the palms, our open-air sanctuary is not a spa — it's a practice. One grounded in peer-reviewed science and community, built for those who want to show up exhausted and leave with clarity.
