I am passionate about helping people, whether it’s providing calm and reliable support during emergencies or giving someone a boost of confidence through hairstyling. My time as an E-911 Dispatcher taught me how to stay collected under pressure, think quickly, and communicate with compassion in critical moments. Those experiences strengthened my dedication to serving others and showed me the impact of being a steady, trusted presence when people need it most.
Alongside that, I am pursuing cosmetology because I believe confidence is transformative. Hair isn’t just about appearance—it’s about helping people feel like the best version of themselves. I want every person who sits in my chair to leave feeling uplifted, empowered, and cared for.
Both fields reflect who I am: someone who thrives on connection, values trust, and finds purpose in supporting others—whether through urgent care or everyday transformations.
