My name is Shanae Younge and I'm currently a student at Aveda Fredric's Institute studying to be an Esthetician. I have 7 years experience in banking and 5 years in healthcare. My passion has always lied with the beauty industry and I'm so grateful that I now have an opportunity to start in a career that I love.

Why I'm here
I have always had a passion for making people feel and look amazing. After spending 5 years in healthcare, I realized that it was time for me to get into a career that I'm passionate about. I enrolled at Aveda Fredric's Institute in April 2022, and since then, I have been so motivated and inspired by the other students and instructors.
My goal after graduation is to work in a salon offering body waxing, lash, and brow services. Once I gain enough clientele, I would like to open my own salon suite one day either in Atlanta, GA or Ohio.
