My background includes working in fast-paced medical environments where I performed treatments such as injections, phlebotomy, and assisted with various procedures while maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance.

I’ve developed strong communication skills through roles in claims support, property management, and hospitality, where I consistently delivered personalized service, resolved concerns, and built lasting client relationships.
