I’m 20 years old, and definitely a character at times—I love making people laugh and encouraging confidence in themselves and their goals. Family and community mean a lot to me, and I enjoy connecting with people from all different backgrounds.
I’m both a good talker and a good listener, and I love learning about people’s stories and upbringings. I’m not afraid of failure, and I’m open to doing things on my own while also seeking guidance when needed.
I’m excited to keep growing by joining groups, classes, and courses. This isn’t the end for me—it’s just the beginning of learning new things and becoming the best version of myself.
I’ve always known that whatever career I chose, it had to be hands-on. Growing up in a family mostly full of men, the girls naturally stuck together no matter the age. One of my older cousins, who’s about 11 years older than me, was getting into makeup and decided to use me as her model when I was around six years old.
That’s when it clicked for me: no matter how old you are, or what your background is, there’s always joy in the process—whether you’re receiving a service or giving one. That moment sparked my love for helping people, young or old, feel confident and good about themselves.
For me, doing hair is about more than just the service—it’s about listening, connecting, and being there for people. My “why” is to help others feel their best, inside and out, while continuing to grow and learn alongside them
