I’m not perfect — I’m consistent.
I’m not perfect — I’m consistent.

I’m Sheena Villarreal — Redken Artist, salon owner, educator, and a lifelong student of the craft. My career is built on intention, discipline, and the belief that our industry evolves when we choose to evolve with it.
I’m committed to elevating stylists through education, creativity, and real connection. Whether I’m behind the chair, leading a class, or building opportunities for my team, my purpose is the same: to empower others to grow, refine their skills, and step confidently into who they’re becoming.
My passions live in editorial, design, finishing, color, barbering, and blending artistry with modern social media. I show up with drive, curiosity, and a standard of excellence that keeps me pushing for more — more knowledge, more impact, more growth.
I’m not chasing a “spot” or a finish line. I’m here for evolution — for the moments that challenge us, the education that shapes us, and the breakthroughs that remind us why we love this industry.

I'm in a season of growth, connection, and purpose.
I believe ambition is contagious, and positivity is powerful.
I'm here to challenge myself and to step into spaces that push me to become a stronger educator, artist, and mentor. My purpose is bigger than me; it’s about the people I get to lift, empower, and lead.
I’m here for the stylist who feels overlooked, the artist who doubts their worth, the underdog who just needs a chance. I see them because I’ve been them—and today, I stand for them. I want every stylist to feel supported, capable, and confident in who they are becoming.
I’m here to lead by example—to show what consistency, heart, and willingness to learn can build.
