Hello, my name is Shelby Dakota Harrop! Im 18 years old and I am very passionate about the art of hair, and helping people feel confident in their looks! Im also very passionate about nails and makeup. Growing up I was always around my grandma who is also a cosmetologist. I always looked up to her. She is the main reason I decided to learn all these amazing skills. I may wear black on black, and wear black lipstick sometimes, but don’t let that scare you.
