I am a cosmo, but I only do mens hair. I have been the Hudson Hawk Barber Shop for over 7 years. I have managed multiples stores and employees during this time. Within 4 years at Hudson Hawk in Springfield MO, I was given the opportunity to open a new location in Prairie Village KS. 2 years after managing that store, I opened our Leawood KS store. Coming with no connections to the KC area, I now have a clientele of approximately 400 clients. In Springfield in 2 years, I had approximately 450. This was my first opportunity to open a shop, manage employees and create my own success while growing the Hudson Hawk name. I’ve also had to maintain a certain attachment rate of product sales to maintain my title of select barber. Our company is only 10 years old.
