About me
My name is ShiaChee Vang. I am 20 years old and I have been interested in beauty and skin for the longest time. I am currently an Esthetician Trainee at Saint Paul College. After many weeks of working with clients, I just find myself more excited to become an esthetician! It made me reflect on where and how I started my journey in the beauty industry I always saw value in my strengths for beauty. Even if I did not apply the best makeup I thought to myself that these were works I can refer back to. Once I master the idea of makeup applications, I can take a look back at how much I’ve grown and what new techniques I’ve learned to perfect my work
Something I've constantly kept in mind is that it doesn't matter where you start but how you start! Now here I am, in school learning to become an esthetician and later be an advanced esthetician.

Why I'm here
Never once had I thought this would be a career choice, but instead a hobby to enjoy on the side. I've noticed that I feel accomplished and satisfied in giving back to others and helping individuals feel beautiful in their own skin. To me, it is an opportunity to not only get to do what I love but to be the person to whom someone goes for help. The idea of helping others love themselves a little more than before just flatters my heart. I'm the kind of gal who wants to make a difference in one’s life and it all starts with me being the shoulder for someone to rely on!
