At first, I didn't know much about esthetics, I thought it was just facials. My mom would talk about her love for facials but in my eyes, all I saw was just a lady slapping my mom's face for a lift. Now I am that knowledgeable lady slapping my mom's face for a lift. Once I enrolled in school I thought I wanted to do this because it'd be easy, but now I have the utmost respect for esthetics and myself. I feel like a skin scientist and that's what made me push through. I want to show the world that esthetics isn't just a facial, it is the dedication to being able to learn ingredients, diseases, safety hazards, electricity, and chemistry. I feel our license gave us the knowledge to be licensed in every field of study.
