Spirit and Matter is a collaborative healing sanctuary founded in 2017, dedicated to the intelligent connection between the physical and the sacred. What began as a private massage practice has grown into a collective of skilled healers offering massage therapy, energy work, somatic awareness, and mentorship across Chicago, IL, Asheville, NC, and online. Our team of Licensed Massage Therapists, Reiki Master Practitioners, and Embodiment Mentors blend therapeutic modalities to help clients navigate burnout, life transitions, and disconnection.
