About me
With a solid 14 years in the hairstyling game, my journey began in a salon my mom opened. Eager to master the trade, I spent my initial 3 years there. When mom sold the business, I continued, renting a station in the same salon. After a dedicated two-year stint, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship, establishing my own salon.
Building a thriving community soon led to the need for additional hands. A desire to share my expertise prompted me to assemble a team, imparting lessons and fostering growth. Some team members ventured out on their own, a testament to the loyalty and training they received.
Discovering a passion for teaching amid my struggles, I crafted a comprehensive apprentice program. In one year, I poured my knowledge into budding stylists, preparing them for the challenges of the profession. My commitment to their growth extends beyond formal training, providing ongoing support and education.
Beyond hairstyling techniques, I educate on product knowledge, differentiating between toxic and non-toxic options. Equipping stylists to handle sensitivities and navigate diverse client needs has been a key focus.
I'm deeply committed to sharing my passion for sustainable practices and holistic beauty education with fellow stylists.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy in my role as a wife to my husband, Vincent Rehkopf, and as a mother to our three wonderful children.

A seasoned hairdressing professional with 14 years of industry experience, including 8 years as a successful business owner. Over the years, I've cultivated a dedicated team of six, including two accomplished graduate stylists.
Driven by a passion for teaching and mentorship, I've developed a tailored apprenticeship program that reflects our vision of creating a clean, sustainable, and holistic hair salon environment. Guiding and empowering others has always been a cornerstone of my career, and I take pride in fostering growth and excellence within my team.
Throughout my journey in building and refining our salon, I've gained valuable insights and expertise that I'm eager to share with fellow stylists. Whether it's advocating for cleaner, more conscious haircare practices or educating on holistic beauty solutions, my mission is to drive positive change within the industry.
With nine years of specialized experience using OWAY hair color and products, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my teaching endeavors. I'm committed to instilling a deep appreciation for sustainable practices and helping stylists transition to cleaner, planet-friendly alternatives.
I believe in the power of education to transform not only individual careers but also the broader landscape of beauty and wellness. As advocates for holistic beauty, we serve as navigators, guiding stylists and clients alike toward products that prioritize health, sustainability, and effectiveness.
