I have always loved the environment and energy from being in a salon. I grew up around the salon because my aunt is a hair stylist. I loved to go to her salon and do anything I could to feel like a was a part of the salon family. I started coloring my own hair when I was about 7 or 8 and then started cutting my mother and three sisters hair at about 9. I've known I wanted to be in the beauty industry since before I could walk or talk, as my mom puts it "you knew how to color hair before you even knew your own name". I love adventure and art and being in this industry you get to do both.
