After being in the working field for 16 years, my managment years really made me think how can i help out newcomers getting into the workforce after leaving beauty school? When i did some hiring, i notice that some potentials were not only nervous but thier skills were lost. It really lead me to belive that i really want to help out students to give them the knowledge that i gained and on how to become more comfortable doing services and have confidence withthin themselves. I am here to help out with encouragement to further thriving students life into a lucrative fulfilling career!
