I have always taken in interest in what can be achieved creatively with hair, especially in the way of color. My hair has been pink, red, blue, green, and purple, and I did it all myself as a young teen during the pandemic as an escape. I also aim to create more queer-friendly salon experiences; I know, as a gender non-conforming person myself, that salon appointments can be frustrating, uncomfortable, and upsetting for people like me. I want every guest who sits in my chair to leave feeling affirmed in their individual gender expression, and comfortable with their experience and with themself. :)
