Twin Rivers IV & Wellness Lounge was founded in 2018 by Jessie Russell, an ER nurse with a passion for proactive health and wellness. What began as a mobile Airstream operation quickly grew into a flagship brick-and-mortar lounge on historic Main Street in downtown Littleton, CO, with locations now spanning Colorado, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Twin Rivers offers a full range of IV therapy blends, wellness injections, NAD+ and glutathione infusions, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, sauna therapy, and wellness labs — all administered by registered nurses with at least five years of clinical experience. Walk-ins are welcome, memberships are available, and every visit is personalized to your wellness goals.
