Hey there! I am Valentina Arellano, and I was born and raised in Salem, Virginia. I am proud to serve our Southwest Virginia community. I've been applying makeup for friends and family on my own! I have about three years of cosmetic experience and am constantly learning new methods because I am currently in cosmetology school.
