About me
Welcome! My name is Vanessa. I am 28 years old and I'm a lover of everything beautyđź’— I love being able to make others feel confident in their own skin whether it be through a hair cut, color, or just simply the time away from every day activities when in my chair. I'm a recent graduate and I'm currently working on obtaining my license. This is my passion and I'm ready to learn more in the industry.

Why I'm here
To give a little background on why I'm here, quite simply is I'm finally yes to my passion. As I grew up in a single parent household, the only option I saw was the normal way of life.. going to school, going to college, and finding a regular 9-5 job to make ends meet. I've done all those things and always in the back of my mind was something involving beauty. Last year I finally decided I was going to pursue cosmetology and make my dreams a reality. I'm now here currently looking for a mentorship/assistant position while I obtain my license so I can get hands on experience before working behind the chair. I'm of course open to new opportunities and ways to grow in this industry.
