I’m a salon owner, educator, and hairstylist with over 15 years of experience specializing in natural hair care, especially tight curls. I founde Renaissance Curls, a natural hair salon in Harlem, NY, built on the belief that caring for textured hair is both an art and a science. Our mission goes beyond styling. It’s about shifting culture, centering care, and creating systems that actually work for both stylists and clients.

I’ve grown my salon into a space that intersects beauty, wellness and education. I’m passionate about mentorship, sustainable growth, and using AI and operations strategy to run a people first, profitable business. Whether I’m training a new stylist, building client experience systems, or co-creating brand campaigns, I’m always thinking about impact and legacy.
