ivI'm Whitney Parker — your favorite second-generation haircare specialist with an edge.
With over 15 years behind the chair and 3 years as a licensed instructor, I don’t just style hair — I sculpt crowns. Born and raised in the vibrant heart of Washington, D.C., I had the honor of studying under some of the best in the beauty industry before bringing my magic to Minneapolis in 2017. Since then, I’ve built a loyal clientele and a name that stands for excellence, authenticity, and unapologetic glamour.
Beyond the salon chair:
I'm a lover of stories — whether it's through a page-turning novel, a plate of homemade food, a beautifully designed room, or a well-curated closet. Retail therapy? A sport. Binge-watching a good series? An art form (yes, even on the second go-around). Most importantly, I treasure every adventure I take with my children — they're my greatest journey yet.
Each year, I host a Vision Board Experience — not just a party — where women come together to heal, dream bigger, and prepare to step into their next chapter with power and grace.
What’s ahead:
This year, I'm manifesting even louder: I’m planning to launch a workshop to help parents truly understand and love their children's hair journeys. And I’m wide open to collaborations — because when two creative minds link up, the possibilities are nothing short of legendary.

I am hoping to begin my journey as a cosmetology instructor and collaborate with other industry creatives. I am also looking for a way to become brand affiliated and to continue to teach and help the younger generation of stylists to flourish. Education is so important to me and to my industry and I am afraid textured hair education is getting left behind. A few States have made it mandatory to include textured education into their curricilum but this is something I woud like to see worldwide and I would love to help this initiative grow.
