We have an incredible team who are inspired, kind, and take their careers seriously. Our core values include kindness, choosing courage over comfort, showing up as our best selves everyday for ourselves and our team members, and being committed to give each guest a truly exceptional experience.
KINDNESS
We believe kindness is one of the most important qualities in a wh. team member. This includes jumping in to help someone who needs it, or giving yourself and your team members grace when mistakes happen.
COMMITMENT
Commitment to your career and showing up as your best self for your guests is a priority here. That includes educating yourself, bringing meaningful ideas to the team, and having work life balance.
COURAGE
Choosing courage over comfort is the secret to success - everything you want is on the other side of fear. This means leaning into feedback instead of away from it, putting yourself out there even if it means you could fail, and embracing change instead of being afraid of it.
ACCOUNTABILITY
You are in charge of your own destiny, we truly believe you get what you give in this industry.
