Yagna Sahapathi

My name is Yagna Sahapathi.
I am an Indian make-up artist. I persued the course make-up, hair and prosthetics for the media and performance from the Arts University of Bournemouth and graduated with a BA(Hons) in 2019.

When I was a child, I was fascinated by clowns. I always used to notice how a cranky child would cheer up just by looking at a clown with those bright face paints and that red nose but what interested me more was that the same makeup with darker shades and different detailing made the clown look so scary that even the bravest of hearts would get terrifying nightmares. That’s the magic of the craft I dedicate my life to.
