Yoga Cold Bath is a locally owned community wellness club in North Phoenix, founded by Sarah and Brooks Maschmeier. Combining yoga, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, green light therapy, pneumatic compression, and a saltwater hot tub, the studio offers a full-circuit recovery experience designed for real people and families. As the only Maricopa County health-permitted contrast therapy studio in the area, Yoga Cold Bath uses Morozko Forge real-ice cold baths and Swedish-style dry saunas to help members sleep deeper, stress less, recover faster, and reduce pain and inflammation. More than a studio, it's a neighborhood hub where busy parents, athletes, teens, and entire families come together to feel their best.
