About me

I started my career behind the chairin 2007, and from the beginning, I knew this industry was bigger than just doing hair. It was about artistry, connection, transformation, and creating an experience that leaves people feeling more like themselves.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to train with some of the best brands in the industry, including L’Oréal, Matrix, Paul Mitchell, Vidal Sassoon, Tresemmé, Oribe, Goldwell, Kerasilk, Color Wow, Moroccanoil, Schwarzkopf, R+Co, Igk, SexyHair and Surface. That education helped shape both my technical foundation and my creative eye.

I spent more than eight years working in Princeton, where I built a reputation for my love of fashion, avant garde work, precision haircutting, and styling. I’m passionate about sculpting hair in a way that feels personal, whether it’s for a special event or an everyday look. No matter the service, I always hope every guest leaves feeling like they got more than just great hair. I want them to feel seen, understood, and cared for.

My experience has taken me far beyond the salon floor. I’ve worked behind the scenes on video and photo shoots and have had the privilege of collaborating with brands like Rodan and Fields and Church and Dwight. My work has appeared on the VMA carpet and at fashion events for Rodarte and Balenciaga.

What really defines my career is the balance between technical skill, creative vision, and business leadership. I care deeply about the craft, but I also care about systems, standards, team development, and building businesses that actually work.

Today, I serve as the General Manager of Enmoda Salon x Spa in Princeton, where I oversee a team of 19 and help guide growth, performance, and culture. I developed an in-depth Salon Operations Manual and founded WIN Salon Consulting to help salon owners create stronger systems, smarter operations, and more sustainable success. That work includes everything from team development and workflow design to modern business strategy and AI integration, and it has helped support Enmoda’s growth into a million dollar salon.

Education is also a huge part of who I am. I created an in-depth Curl Course that begins with curl history, with a primary focus on Black history and the significance of understanding texture through a more respectful, informed lens. For me, it’s not enough to just teach technique. Creating a safe space comes first. From there, the course moves into curl identification, product layering, styling techniques, and how to approach textured hair with intention, confidence, and care.

I also created a Creative Cutting Course that focuses on cutting techniques, curl identification, product layering, and styling methods, helping stylists strengthen both their technical ability and their creative approach.

Whether I’m behind the chair, leading a team, building systems, or teaching, I bring the same mindset to everything I do. I care about excellence, I care about people, and I care about helping this industry grow in a way that is smarter, stronger, and more inclusive.

Why I'm here

I’m at a point in my career where I’m focused on expanding my portfolio and stepping more fully into brand representation, session styling, and education. My work has always lived at the intersection of artistry, leadership, and impact, and I’m ready to keep building in spaces that allow all three to exist together.

I currently live in Philadelphia, PA, and manage a salon and spa in Princeton, NJ. Alongside that, I work as a full time freelance artist and most recently have expanded into salon operations consulting and advisory work.

What drives me most is the opportunity to help move this industry forward while continuing to create meaningful, elevated work. I want to challenge outdated standards, support growth, and bring a stronger balance of artistry, education, and operational excellence into the spaces I’m part of.

At the core of it all, my goal is to build a career that creates impact on multiple levels. I want to create art, shape better systems, develop people, and contribute to the evolution of the beauty industry in a way that is both creatively fulfilling and professionally expansive.
