I have always envisioned myself serving others, and the beauty industry is the perfect outlet to do so! A large part of me wants to help others become the best version of themselves that they possibly can be, no matter what that may look like! Paul Mitchell gives me the opportunity to grow and soak in everything about the industry that I possibly can before I am out on my own. I wanted to learn beyond the fundamentals, and walk away with knowledge about marketing and business in addition to the basics. There is no field more rewarding!
