Client Experience & Account Sales (Front Desk Team)
Adrift Hair Co. is seeking a professional, personable, and motivated Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our luxury salon team in Wake Forest, NC. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, creating exceptional guest experiences, and has a passion for sales, marketing, and growing a brand.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in shaping the Adrift experience—from welcoming clients into our salon to helping them discover services, products, and solutions that support their hair goals. You will manage appointments, communicate with guests, support our Hair Artists, and help drive salon growth through exceptional service and strategic sales efforts.
This is more than a front desk position—you will be an important part of our guest journey and business growth. Our Client Experience & Sales Coordinators have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses tied to successful account growth, retail sales, and client engagement.
Responsibilities Include:
Create a warm, luxury experience for every guest from arrival to checkout.
Manage appointments, client communication, and follow-up.
Build relationships with guests and help identify opportunities to enhance their salon experience.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and client outreach.
Recommend products, services, and memberships based on guest needs.
Assist with growing client retention through rebooking, referrals, and personalized communication.
Support salon operations while maintaining a polished and professional environment.
