Position Overview
We’re seeking experienced hair stylists with an established clientele to join our growing team of professionals. Responsibilities

• Provide luxury hair care services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, in line with client preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
• Manage and oversee your own service menu and pricing structure, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the Aud Salon team to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in line with our salon's brand and vision.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair care industry.
• Ensure that all services are delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace, following all salon hygiene standards.
• Contribute to the salon’s marketing efforts by promoting services, sharing client transformations on social media, and helping grow the salon’s reputation.
• Schedule appointments and check out clients as needed.

Requirements

• Established clientele base.
• Proven experience in hair styling and providing luxury hair care services.
• Commitment to delivering a high-end client experience.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Valid state cosmetology license.
