Whether you're fresh out of cometology school or a seasoned hair vet, Blo welcomes all positive, hardworking, and open-hearted hairdressers!
We believe in starting with the foundation of character, as it surrounds every aspect of hairstyling: teamwork, customer service, technique development, and knowledge application.
With every challenge you meet, you will have full support from your teammates and leadership to succeed together. Blo provides paid training based on your needs. One of our most notable support constructs lies within our Blossom Associate Program for cosmetology school graduates. As a Blossom, you will be paired with a mentor, who will walk with you through all of the technical and comprehensive aspects of our industry. The only thing we require is a willingness to learn and grow with us!
