What You’ll Do

• Learn by doing: Work side-by-side with senior stylists on real services—far beyond shampooing—gaining exposure to cutting, color, styling, and finishing.
• Support the guest journey: Assist with consultations, prep, service flow, and post-service recommendations.
• Develop salon-ready skills: Practice professional standards, timing, product knowledge, and guest communication throughout the day.

What You’ll Bring

• A current cosmetology license (or near completion) and a strong desire to learn.
• Coachability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
• Curiosity about trends, techniques, and products—and the discipline to practice them.
