At DÚO, the associate role is not just about assisting—it’s the first step toward becoming a colorist and extension specialist within our salon. This position is designed for someone who sees themselves behind the chair in the future and is motivated to develop their skills in both color and extensions over time.

You’ll be immersed in the day-to-day alongside experienced stylists, gaining exposure to how high-level work is executed from start to finish. From client experience to technical precision, every detail matters here—and every day is an opportunity to learn, refine, and move forward in your craft.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll support the team throughout the day—prepping clients, assisting with services, maintaining the space, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. At the same time, you’ll be actively building your own technical foundation, from blowouts to core techniques, with guidance from a team that is invested in your growth.

We’re looking for someone who is licensed, has prior salon experience, and already understands what it means to be part of a professional environment—but more importantly, someone who is thinking long-term. Someone who is excited by the idea of evolving into a high-level stylist and is committed to putting in the work to get there.
